1. I want to make two purchases but the shipping address is different, what should I do?
If the shipping addresses differ, you must place two separate orders, one purchase for each shipping address.
2. Can I pick up the box myself?
Of course, send us an email and we will provide you with an address where you can pick up your box. We have collection points in San Antonio and Santa Eulalia.
3. Do you provide postal shipments for your boxes?
We do not ship any of our products since many of our items are fresh, baked each morning to arrive fresh. We deliver our boxes in person on the island of Ibiza.
4. Are the balloons included in the final price of the box?
No, it is only included in the Kids Box. Balloons have to be purchased separately.
5. I can't find the balloons that go with my gift idea, can Box And Love add different balloons than the ones featured on the website?
Yes, write us the idea you have and we will find the balloons that you desire.
6. What happens if the surprise box arrives at the delivery address and there is no one there to receive it?
If we arrive at the indicated address and no one is there, we will call the recipient’s phone number to tell him that we have a package to deliver and if we still have have no answer, we will continue with our deliveries on the island and inform the the buyer accordingly.
That is why it is very important to ensure that the recipient of the surprise gift is at the selected delivery address and at the time selected on the checkout page.
7. From what time do you start to deliveries?
The first deliveries are from 8:00 in the morning and we work with half-hour time slots.
8. Can I place a same-day order for a surprise box?
Orders for surprise boxes must be made 24 hours in advance. On the checkout page, you will see an option to choose a date and time for your recipient’s delivery.
9. I have already placed my order through your online store but I want to change the address or the time, what should I do?
Send us an email, a whatsapp message or call us. Get in touch with us quickly and we will be happy to provide you with a solution.
10. Are the products in the photos the same as the product that arrives?
Yes, except for breads or pastries, which in some cases have changes in size or shape.
11. Do you deliver on holidays, Saturdays and Sundays?
Yes, we work all year. Every day is to celebrate š
12. Do you make deliveries to Hospitals?
Of course, we also deliver our boxes to workplaces, offices, shops, hospitals⦠we go anywhere.
13. I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?

14. Does Box and Love use the rules for hygienic and preventive measures met with Covid-19?
